233 games.
One conviction.

Tim Mannah played 233 games in the NRL across a decade in the top grade, captaining the Parramatta Eels from 2015 to 2019. A NSW State of Origin representative who debuted in 2009 and pulled on the Lebanon jersey at the 2017 Rugby League World Cup, Tim spent his career proving that character is built long before the cameras switch on.

Now he sits down with the biggest names in world sport to ask the questions the highlight reels skip: who are you when the crowd goes home?

Want to know more
about Christianity?

What is a Christian?

New to all this? The heart of the Christian message can be explained simply and honestly. Two Ways to Live is a clear, five-minute walk-through of what Christians actually believe — and what it means to follow Jesus.

Prefer to start with the big questions? God Makes Sense, from Anglican Media Sydney, begins with common sense and asks why believing in God is reasonable.

Find a church

Spirit of Sport on SEN 1170 is an initiative of the NSW Council of Churches Broadcasting Committee. We recommend Bible-believing churches — our member churches among them: local Anglican, Baptist, Presbyterian, Churches of Christ, Salvation Army, Reformed, Christian & Missionary Alliance, and Congregational churches.

Google one near you, make a visit, and introduce yourself. If they teach from the Bible, it's a church worth exploring.
